Cro Specialist (A/B Testing Focus) Outliant is a fully‑remote, US‑based digital product development and startup consulting company. We’re looking for a technical and detail‑oriented CRO Specialist to join our optimization team. About the Role As a CRO Specialist, you will audit user journeys, analyze data, design and run tests, interpret results, and guide teams to improve conversion rates. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to transform hypotheses and designs into functional, measurable tests within VWO or Optimizely. Responsibilities Analyze metrics such as conversion rate, bounce rate, and revenue per visitor to form test hypotheses. Serve as the primary person responsible for the technical setup and development of A/B and multivariate tests using visual editors and custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) on platforms like VWO. Manage the launch of tests, monitor performance, and ensure proper data collection. Analyze test results, validate statistical significance, interpret insights, and recommend data‑driven actions. Act as the team's technical expert on all matters related to testing platforms, solving implementation issues, and finding creative solutions. Work with UX, design, and engineering to craft test variations that address key friction points. Clearly communicate test results and technical findings to internal stakeholders and, occasionally, to clients. Requirements Proven experience in the technical implementation of A/B tests using platforms such as VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, or similar. Deep fluency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Mixpanel. Basic front‑end development skills, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on quality. Ability to analyze experiment data and solid grasp of statistics, significance testing, and sample size calculation. Strong communication skills and ability to deliver tight, data‑driven presentations. Proven track record collaborating with UX, marketing, and engineering to ship experiments. Excellent technical problem‑solving skills and ability to find creative workarounds. Passion for customer experience and a bias toward measurable outcomes. Certification in an A/B testing platform (VWO, Optimizely, etc.). Experience working in an agile environment. Benefits Paid Time Off and non‑working holidays per country of residence.
