This role goes beyond traditional HR recruiting you will operate with urgency, treat pipeline management like a growth engine, and help us scale talent across operations, customer success, sales, and support. Key Responsibilities High-Volume Full-Cycle Hiring Own the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously. Recruit for operations, entry-level, offshore, and client-facing positions. Creative Talent Sourcing Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, niche communities, referrals, and direct outreach. Build diverse, global pipelines that support rapid company growth. Pipeline & Metrics Management Maintain organized, metric-driven pipelines using tools like Manatal, Workable, Airtable, or Google Sheets. Track conversion rates, funnel movement, and hiring velocity. Hiring Manager Collaboration Work closely with hiring managers to clarify requirements and adjust priorities. Improve job descriptions, scorecards, and recruiting workflows. Candidate Experience Communicate promptly and professionally with all candidates. Ensure smooth, respectful, and transparent process touchpoints. Process Optimization Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements for scale. Document workflows and streamline sourcing channels. Cross-Functional Partnership Coordinate with Operations and Client Success to support account growth. Prioritize hiring based on client needs and staffing demands. What You Bring 2-5 years in high-volume or startup recruiting. Experience hiring globally or for offshore teams. Ability to move fast and treat recruiting like pipeline management. Strong English communication (B2 / C1). Resourcefulness and ability to execute with lean tools. Experience in remote-first environments is a strong plus.
