As a Lead RPA Consultant at TQA, you will be instrumental in empowering our diverse client base through proactive support and management of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. Leveraging your deep RPA knowledge and relationship building skills, you will guide clients through their automation journey, helping them see value in their current and upcoming automations, providing break‑fix support for processes, identifying areas for improvement within current automations, solutioning enhancements for current automations, overseeing successful deployments, and ensuring ongoing optimization with new technologies. Your ability to forge strong client relationships and understand their unique business challenges will be critical to delivering exceptional value and fostering long‑term partnerships. Responsibilities Maintain and improve multiple RPA environments while fostering client relationships. Engage directly with clients to understand their business processes, uncover automation potential, and define clear objectives for their automation program. Adhere to a 90% SLA achievement level specifications, and deployment plans. Mentor and guide junior RPA consultants and developers, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to best practices across client projects. Onboard process coming from the delivery team during hypercare ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption for clients. Collaborate effectively with client teams and stakeholders to integrate RPA solutions seamlessly with their existing automations and business processes. Proactively identify and address potential risks and challenges during client. Stay abreast of the latest RPA trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to provide clients with cutting‑edge solutions and strategic recommendations. Contribute to the development of our internal RPA service delivery methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and high‑quality client outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, identifying new automation opportunities, and demonstrating the tangible business value of RPA. Promote the TQA Managed Services Department through a variety of pre‑sales activities from demonstrations to Proof of Concepts. Create content for Social Media & Newsletter advertisements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-4 years of practical experience in developing and deploying RPA solutions across various client environments using at least one leading platform ("UiPath"). Demonstrated experience in managing multiple RPA projects and guiding conversations in a client‑facing environment. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a proven track record of translating complex client business needs into effective automation strategies. Excellent understanding of process improvement methodologies and ability to identify and recommend optimization opportunities for automation. Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with clients at all levels. Proven ability to manage client expectations, address concerns, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Experience conducting client workshops and delivering presentations on RPA solutions and benefits. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively across multiple client engagements, and collaborate seamlessly within internal and client teams.
