Project Manager Importante entidad polideportiva argentina se encuentra en búsqueda de PROJECT MANAGER . Tareas y Responsabilidades Principales Coordinación de reuniones asegurando que se cumplan metodologías PMI, Agile, Mejora continua PDCA y otras metodologías para gestión de proyectos de tecnología. Trabajar para asegurar la captura de oportunidades y gestionar la cartera de proyectos para el cumplimiento de la estrategia de la entidad. Llevar el cronograma anual de reuniones asegurando que se cumplan las reuniones mensuales tácticas y estratégicas. Resultado Final Esperado Agilidad en proyectos Gestión de proyectos Gestión de recursos Reporta a: Gerente de Sistemas. Requisitos Terciario/Universitario completo. Posgrado (deseable). Se requiere al menos dos años de experiência en puesto similar (excluyente ). Idiomas: Inglés técnico (excluyente ). Conocimientos en metodologías de gestión de proyectos y mejora continua (Scrum excluyente ). Conocimientos en herramientas de reporting como Power BI. Manejo de herramientas de gestión de proyectos y Excel. Experiência: el rol de Project Manager: 2 años (Obligatorio). Scrum: 2 años (Obligatorio). Capacidades / Competencias Comportamentales Predisposición, Proactividad y constancia. Habilidades relacionales, comunicativas y pedagógicas. Gestión de riesgos y resolución de problemas.
