Ignite Visibility is an award‑winning U.S. national to local mid‑sized digital marketing agency with a fully remote team and offices in sunny San Diego, CA and Orlando, FL. Ignite is looking for a motivated and experienced Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience recruiting and hiring strong digital marketing talents to join our team and support our People Operations hiring efforts across the business. This is a mid‑level individual contributor and a great opportunity for a recruiter with 3+ years of digital marketing recruitment expertise to grow into a more strategic talent acquisition partner over time. Key Responsibilities Support end‑to‑end full cycle recruitment for assigned roles in partnership with the TA team Help maintain strong communication with hiring managers Contribute to improving the candidate experience Comfortable speaking with candidates and hiring partners at all levels Source and recruit passive candidates across platforms and networks to find and hire best‑in‑class digital marketing talents Screen applicants for current and future positions, evaluating their skills, experience, and cultural fit Schedule and coordinate interviews Update applicant tracking system and maintain job posts Use recruitment data for process improvement Provide weekly candidate and role status updates to Support other TA and People Operations projects as needed Required Experience Minimum 4+ years of full‑cycle of recruitment experiences 3+ years of recruiting & hiring experience within the digital marketing industry 3+ years of agency recruitment and consultant search experience, a true headhunter Experience hiring digital marketing talent in Paid Media, SEO, Email, Creative, Account Services, Project Management, Data, and other creative and operations roles Proficient knowledge of recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Deadline oriented and organized Proactive approach with excellent follow‑up and a sense of urgency Thrives in fast‑paced high‑growth setting A positive attitude and drive to succeed Please note that resumes must be submitted in English to be considered.
