We are in search of an inventive Creative Technologist AI to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. This role fuses artistic imagination with the latest AI advancements, to help us craft the future way of working for copywriting, design and video production through creative workflows. As part of our global AI transformation team, you'll play a pivotal role in fast-tracking AI production processes for our talented creators worldwide. As a Medior Creative Technologist AI, you know about everything new in tech, and when you don’t, you’re eager to find out. You inspire, invent and implement, and are able to show and pave a path to the future. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions that push the boundaries of technology and creativity. Your expertise in AI, LLM and data-driven design will enable you to turn complex problems into innovative, intelligent applications. RESPONSIBILITIES Innovation & Concept Development: Collaborate with creative and technical teams to prototype new digital experiences. Conceptualize, prototype and deliver creative applications of technologies in our digital and experiential projects. You’ll help win new projects by developing creative treatments in response to client briefs and RFPs, developing creative solutions that are exciting and in keeping with the project’s goals, timings and budget. You’ll participate in workshops and woo people with your combination of creative thinking and technical know-how. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, post production experts, developers, and other Creative Technologists to translate creative ideas into functional, beautiful, and technically sound solutions. Medium to advanced prompt engineering skills : you know how to interact with different LLM’s to get the best output, write system prompts, make assistants and agents, familiarity with fine-tuning LLM’s or working with RAG is a plus. Bridging the gap between production roles, creative roles, and tech roles by speaking all 3 languages fluently. Technical Expertise: Serve as the bridge between creative concepts and technical execution, providing insights on the feasibility and best technological approaches. Problem Solving: Approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset, finding creative ways to overcome technical and creative hurdles. The role involves a lot of tinkering, tweaking and testing ; doing original R&D and playing around with new technologies and APIs. It also means to stay fresh and updated on AI developments, in a constant learning attitude. Compelling portfolio showcasing creativity, technical skills and AI integrated work.
