Salesforce Admin / Developer Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Argentina Time Apply here: Were hiring a Salesforce Admin / Developer to help scale and stabilize our revenue infrastructure as we migrate from HubSpot to Salesforce. This is not a classic enterprise Salesforce admin role. You'll operate as a builder and systems owner, sitting at the intersection of Salesforce, data, and GTM tooling. You'll design workflows, reporting, and integrations that power our revenue engine. You'll join at a foundational moment : Salesforce is launching, and you'll absorb day-one knowledge while helping build the system from a blank canvas. Must-Have Qualifications Strong Salesforce fundamentals: Reporting, dashboards, workflow automation Custom fields, objects, and process builder/flows Experience with CRM data and GTM workflows HubSpot + Salesforce integration experience Strong Plus Clay power user or experience with enrichment tools Comfortable using modern AI tools Experience with systems that sync into Salesforce Nice to Have Basic Salesforce development (Apex, SOQL) Data analytics experience Hex or BI dashboarding GTM engineering exposure Responsibilities Build and maintain Salesforce workflows, objects, fields, and automations Own Salesforce reporting, including: Enterprise vs. mid-market segmentation Deal size by rep, pipeline velocity, conversion metrics Support and optimize HubSpot–Salesforce sync Integrate and manage tools that connect to Salesforce, including: Clay (data enrichment + workflows) AI-powered GTM tools Build operational dashboards for revenue leadership Partner with product, data, and engineering teams to scale GTM systems Apply here:
