Client Services Operations Specialist Driven, resourceful, and remarkably smart professionals are needed to join our Deployment Solutions team at Syneos Health. In this role, you will coordinate and assist with departmental activities designated by the Supervisor and project-specific activities assigned by the Client Services Manager/Director (CSM/CSD) in support of our field‑based employees. Responsibilities Support assigned projects with timely completion of day‑to‑day administrative tasks across Sales, Nurse, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Contact Center business lines. Generate mass mailings and handle copy/file tasks. Assist in resolving payroll and expense management and reporting issues. Generate, review, and distribute reports per contract requirements. Participate in meetings and conference calls as required by the CSM and internal business leads. Essential Qualifications Associate’s or BA/BS degree. Minimum 2+ years of experience in a client delivery/service company. Strong oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Desired Qualifications Basic understanding of Life Sciences commercial operations, including Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Nurse, and Contact Center programs. Prior experience in field sales administration/operations within the life sciences industry.
