Jampp is looking for an experienced B2B marketer to help take our brand to the next level. If you’re a strategic thinker who loves turning creative ideas into high‑impact campaigns—and thrives on collaborating with multidisciplinary teams—come help us shape the future of our marketing roadmap. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Develop and implement short‑ and long‑term marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and build the pipeline. Initiate, execute, and optimize multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including product launches, promotions, email marketing, and account‑based marketing (ABM). Provide hands‑on coordination for signature events, experiences, and industry trade shows Drive co‑marketing initiatives and joint campaigns with industry partners and internal stakeholders. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of the marketing activities Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor initiatives Recommend and implement changes to the architecture and linking to improve organic rankings and visibility in "Answer Engines" (AEO) and SEO Work closely with content writers to post and A/B test content across our blog and social media channels WHAT WE LOOK FOR: 3‑5+ years of experience in the AdTech/MarTech/SAAS industry Strategic thinker with the ability to build and execute an entire marketing plan Proven track record of developing and executing successful global marketing programs, preferably in a technology‑driven company Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines Proficient in Google Analytics and social media management (LinkedIn and X). Outstanding written, oral, and project management skills Experience with HubSpot/Mailchimp and paid ads Familiarity with AI tools to optimize marketing workflows You are a thinker and a doer, you love coming up with new ideas and testing them out yourself You are a highly organized multi‑tasker, who enjoys working on a variety of projects You have great optimization instincts and an analytical mindset which are all key to drive growth, engagement, and conversion.
