Amazon Catalog Management & Organic Strategist Remote – Argentina We are a tech‑enabled growth firm dedicated to delivering best‑in‑class services to our clients. This role focuses on owning and executing Amazon and online retail organic/catalog management strategy for our clients. Responsibilities Manage Amazon and/or online retail product catalog & organic presence across various business types. Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on performance data from Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central and other online retail platforms. Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions, contribute to channel knowledge. Continuously seek to improve performance & business impact against client goals. Maintain frequent and excellent communication with internal agency teams and external clients. Participate in development of new department training materials. Employ AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to enhance and optimize business processes. Qualifications 2‑3 years of digital marketing experience. 1‑2 years in an agency setting preferred. Minimum 2 years hands‑on experience with Amazon/or online retail catalog management. Significant experience on Amazon Seller Central. Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to delegate effectively. Other Skills Required Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self‑motivated with strong desire to succeed. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently. Interest in a long‑lasting relationship with a growing company. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue per team member success metric: $20k+. EBITDA per team member success metric: $4k+. Client churn rate below 10%. Most Important Things (MITs) Excellence in efficient channel production and account performance. Internal & client‑facing communication / project management.
