Hoy estamos en plena expansión internacional, sumando proyectos y equipos cada vez más especializados. Buscamos sumar un/a Project Leader para liderar proyectos tecnológicos de alto impacto, asegurando ejecución sólida, equipos saludables y clientes felices. Si te motiva coordinar, destrabar, ordenar el caos y transformar necesidades en soluciones concretas este rol es para vos. Serás responsable del diseño, la ejecución junto al equipo y el seguimiento de hitos de los proyectos, gestionando cronogramas, riesgos y alcance . Vas a trabajar en colaboración directa con el Delivery Manager (a quien reportarás) , anticipando desvíos, proponiendo soluciones y generando las condiciones para que el equipo mantenga un flujo de trabajo sostenible y cumpla los compromisos con el cliente. Además, vas a aportar valor funcional en cada iniciativa: comprender problemáticas del cliente, identificar palancas de valor , y asegurar que las mejoras y soluciones estén alineadas con sus objetivos estratégicos. Planificar, coordinar y dar seguimiento a hitos, entregables y dependencias del proyecto. Gestionar alcance, tiempos, riesgos y cambios , asegurando visibilidad y control. Detectar desvíos y presentar alternativas/soluciones con criterio y rapidez. Facilitar la colaboración del equipo y promover un ritmo de trabajo saludable . Entender necesidades del cliente, traducirlas en requerimientos claros y alinear al equipo. Asegurar que las soluciones propuestas impacten en el negocio y mejoren la experiencia del cliente. Mantener comunicación efectiva con stakeholders (cliente + equipo interno). ✅ ¿Qué buscamos en vos? Fuerte capacidad de gestión y organización (planificación, seguimiento, prioridades). Habilidad para comunicar con claridad , ordenar conversaciones y alinear expectativas. Enfoque en resolución de problemas, pensamiento crítico y orientación a resultados. Capacidad para combinar mirada técnica/operativa + funcional/negocio . Experiencia en proyectos RPA (deseable). Ser protagonista de la transformación digital a escala global. Desarrollar tu potencial junto con un equipo de expertos, en un ambiente dinámico y flexible. Espacio para soluciones innovadoras, fuera de los esquemas. Trabajar con las compañías líderes de la región de diversos rubros. Excelente ambiente laboral. Trabajar desde el lugar que elijas, cómodo y seguro.
