This is the job We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong Python skills and experience in Node.js to join the team responsible for one of the company’s most strategic platforms — the application used by the sales force, management, and customer-facing roles . This team is leading the modernization of commercial operations through a serverless architecture on AWS , building scalable web and mobile applications with React and React Native . The role will be primarily focused on backend development but will also include frontend work to ensure seamless integration between both layers. This is you 4+ years of proven experience in backend development with Python (FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks). Hands‑on experience with Node.js for microservices and AWS Lambda functions. Working knowledge of AWS services such as API Gateway, Lambda, AppSync, Cognito, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, Secrets Manager, and CloudWatch. Experience in frontend development with React and React Native . Strong understanding of REST and GraphQL APIs . Familiarity with automated testing (Pytest, Jest, Mocha) and version control (Git). Experience working in agile teams with strong communication and adaptability skills. Nice‑to‑have skills: Experience in B2B or field applications , particularly in sales or customer management environments. Knowledge of offline‑first synchronization , BLE , or geolocation for mobile apps. AWS certification (Cloud Practitioner, Developer Associate, or Solutions Architect). Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins) and agile tools (Jira, Confluence). This is your role Design, develop, and maintain APIs and microservices on AWS using Python and Node.js. Contribute to the technical evolution of the sales and management application, ensuring performance, scalability, and security. Integrate AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, AppSync, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, Secrets Manager, CloudWatch, and Cognito . Develop and enhance web and mobile interfaces using React and React Native in collaboration with UX/UI teams. Implement and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs , ensuring efficient communication between frontend and backend. Apply best practices in unit and integration testing . Collaborate with mobile, QA, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure efficient integrations and stable deployments.
