We are a 100% remote company with distributed teams around the world. This role may require some overlap with EST working hours for candidates outside the EST time zone. Responsibilities Visual Design: Creating Visual Content — Designing marketing materials such as landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements that align with the brand's visual identity and marketing goals. Brand Consistency: Ensuring all designs maintain consistency with the brand's guidelines and messaging across different platforms and channels. Campaign Design: Developing visuals for marketing campaigns, including banners, promotional materials, and other assets to support marketing strategies and goals. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences; analyze industry trends and competitor designs to create innovative and effective marketing materials. Information Architecture: Develop information architecture and user flows to create intuitive and effective user experiences; organize and structure content for optimal engagement and navigation. Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on designs and identify areas for improvement; iterate designs based on user testing results and feedback. Accessibility and Inclusivity: Ensure designs are accessible to users with diverse abilities and needs; stay updated on accessibility standards and integrate them into the design process. User Interface Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines; create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes to visualize design concepts; develop interactive prototypes to test and iterate on solutions. Organization & Documentation: Produce detailed visual and interaction assets to streamline development; hand off delivery including detailed specifications and design systems. Industry Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry design trends and technologies to create innovative products. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, stakeholders) and drive collaborative client interactions; receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs. Ownership: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhere to deadlines, and ensure high-quality deliverables; apply strategic thinking to align design efforts with business goals and sound decision-making to resolve conflicts. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, preferably in a B2B environment (agency, tech, or freelance). Graphic Design: Strong ability to create compelling visual content with solid typography and color theory. UI Skills: Proficiency in scalable UI design for desktop and mobile using Figma and the Adobe Suite. Web Mastery: Deep understanding of user interfaces, user experience principles, and ability to create visually compelling and user-friendly websites. Organization: Systemic design skills for team-wide use (components, typography, colors, grids, margins). Accountability: Ability to take ownership, solve problems independently, and commit to project success. Communication: Effective team and client communication; ability to present research and design concepts. Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work in print and digital media; experience with Figma and Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop is a plus. Nice-to-have: Excellent communication skills; self-starter with ownership; ability to work independently and in a team.
