About the role We are looking for a Part‑Time In‑House Talent Sourcer to support Near’s internal hiring needs as we continue scaling our own team. This role will focus exclusively on sourcing candidates for Near’s internal positions. Responsibilities Proactively identify talent for Near’s internal roles . Source potential candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, professional communities, and internal tools. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring internal hiring needs. Utilize Boolean searches and advanced sourcing techniques to uncover high‑quality and niche candidates. Conduct initial outreach and introduce candidates to Near’s mission, culture, and internal opportunities. Perform preliminary phone screens or video interviews when required to assess fit and interest. Collaborate closely with the internal Talent team to understand role requirements, refine search strategies, and align on priorities. Maintain organized candidate records and pipeline tracking within our ATS. Provide recurring updates, reports, and insights on internal sourcing progress and market availability. Gather candidate feedback to improve sourcing strategies and enhance the internal candidate experience.
