WE'RE LOOKING FOR TALENT,WE'RE SEARCHING FOR YOU AT ADECCO If you are interested in developing yourself as a Contract Advisor (Advanced English Level) in the team of our client, a MULTINATIONAL COMPANY IN THE OIL & GAS INDUSTRY, challenge yourself and create your future WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? Support contracting requests for various operating companies Develop annual Category Plan, Contracting Plan and annual cost improvement targets; identify opportunities through jointly meetings with stakeholders and key suppliers. Ensure that services are correlated with business plans / Asset plans to optimize timing and level of support. Monitor Category and Contracting Plan execution during contracts life cycle (includes managing existing agreements for improvements, modifications or renewal/ strategy accomplishment). Monitor cost savings on a regular basis. Ensure stakeholder communication by regular contact meetings, visits and formal reports on a monthly basis. Review, analyze, redline, and prepare contracts, amendments, SOWs. Negotiate contracts with new and existing suppliers. Work with company and vendor legal counsel on contract review and redline negotiations. Participate in network within the BU and Global Category Team. Identify and drive toward common policies and best practices to achieve simplicity, lower cost to serve, and support the implementation of technology improvements. WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? Graduated in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields (Required) Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position (Required) Advanced level of English (Required) Experience in Tenders (Required) Experience in Contracting and/or Category Management Experience in creating new contracts, renewing and negotiating contracts with new and existing suppliers. Experience with customers/ vendors WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU?
