Product Manager: Live Markets

Live Markets Product Manager We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our growing Product team. The role is a unique opportunity to help shape and develop our live, crypto market making operations. So far, we’ve integrated over 85 exchanges on and off-chain. We’re looking for a self-starter with solid product fundamentals and prior experience building trading technology or related sectors, to expand our reach, make step changes in the way we approach market making and increase the resiliency and performance of our system. In this role, you will have the chance to drive innovation in the rapidly evolving landscape of cryptocurrency trading. You'll be working with a cross‑sectional squad, our trading & research teams, to define & deliver technology that supports our strategies to navigate the dynamic crypto markets. You will have a focus on optimising trading performance and capitalising on emerging opportunities. Core responsibilities Lead the product discovery and definition process for a cross‑functional squad consisting of engineers, data engineers, QA specialists, data intelligence analysts, and tech support personnel. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify market opportunities, gather requirements, and prioritize features for development. Drive the development and execution of product deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify areas for innovation. Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable user stories, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery. Act as the primary point of contact for all product‑related inquiries, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external partners. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement. Continuously iterate on the product based on user feedback, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Previous experience needed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in the fintech, cryptocurrency, or related sectors. Strong understanding of trading technology, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain concepts. Experience working with cross‑functional teams in an Agile development environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organization. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision‑making. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative working environment. Familiarity and experience with defi / cefi / traditional trading or similar is a plus. Experience in quantitative roles is beneficial.
