Senior Creative Designer

Note: If you're hired for this role, you may be asked to update your LinkedIn profile :) Role Overview We are looking for a high-impact creative who operates at the intersection of Direct Response, Design, and Generative AI creative production (video and static). This role goes far beyond “making ads.” You will be responsible for building high-converting creative systems using the latest AI tools, combined with strong design fundamentals, prompt engineering, and a critical human touch in post‑production. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of design experience and understands that while AI tools speed up production, results come from strategy, structure, and execution. You will work closely with Designers and the Media Buying team and own the full lifecycle of creative assets, from UGC‑style video concepts and static ads to high‑intent landing pages designed in Figma. Key Responsibilities AI-Driven Video & UGC Production Conceptualize and storyboard UGC-style video flows for creators and AI video engines. Generate high-fidelity video assets using platforms such as Nano Banana and Veo. Refine AI-generated outputs into final ad units by adding overlay text, promotional graphics, CTAs, captions, and platform-specific formatting. Static Creative & AI Image Generation Create brand-aligned static imagery using Midjourney or similar tools. Import and refine AI-generated assets in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite, applying strong typography, branding, and direct-response principles. Develop and maintain AI prompt design systems to ensure consistency across campaigns. Performance Design & CRO Design mobile-first, high-converting landing pages that maintain strong message match with ad creatives (Figma, Unbounce, ClickFunnels). Collaborate with the Media Buying team to analyze CTR, CVR, and performance data. Rapidly iterate on creatives based on insights and results. Plan and execute A/B tests on key visual elements to improve ROI. Required Skills & Experience Experience working with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, Veo, or similar, with a clear workflow for integrating AI outputs into design tools. Advanced proficiency in Figma with a strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy. Strong direct response mindset and understanding of what makes ads convert on Meta, TikTok, and similar platforms. Ability to produce and iterate on high volumes of creative variations without sacrificing quality or originality. A strong portfolio showcasing both video (UGC / AI-generated) and static creatives, ideally with performance or conversion impact.
