Overview Hook + Ladder Digital Agency is seeking a full-time Growth & Performance Specialist to join their team. You will drive growth and lead performance innovation for leading brands. Compensation: CAD 3K - 3.5K/month Location: Remote: Argentina About the role Mission of Hook + Ladder Digital Agency: "We ignite potential for those who are ready to grow, both organizations and individuals." What makes you a strong candidate You are proficient in Paid media, Marketing analytics, Email marketing. You have +2 years experience in Performance marketing, Email marketing operations. Responsibilities Lead full-funnel performance strategy across email and paid media. Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Paytronix, Klaviyo, Meta, TikTok, Google, and more. Partner with Client Success and Content teams to connect national strategy with local execution for multi-location businesses. Analyze campaign data, run A/B tests, translate insights into actions, and build simple dashboards to highlight learnings. Manage segmented email marketing: technical setup, segmentation, automation, testing, and reporting. Stay current with platform updates, trends, and best practices. Apply a test-and-learn mindset and leverage AI tools to improve workflows and performance. Own budgets, pacing, and performance results. Optimize spend and communicate clearly with stakeholders. Email Marketing Operations (segmentation, automation, A/B testing, reporting). Technical Fluency (attribution, campaign logic, troubleshooting). Cross-functional Collaboration. AI & Tools (use of AI for ideation, reporting, optimization). Nice to have Experience with multi-location brands (QSR, retail, hospitality). Agency or multi-account background. Firebase / push notifications / multi-channel automation. Data privacy & first-party data familiarity. Spanish or French. Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Klaviyo, or similar.
