Senior Mobile Developer & Technical Lead We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer & Technical Lead who will play a central role in advancing our product from MVP to a full, scalable solution. This role blends hands‑on Android development with leadership responsibilities, acting as a bridge between product, engineering, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate is a strong Android engineer with deep experience in Bluetooth and mobile product development, who is also capable of leading a development team, shaping technical direction, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Responsibilities Lead the evolution of our Android‑based MVP into a scalable, multi‑platform mobile solution. Serve as the main liaison between engineering, product, and business teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and feasibility of technical requirements. Translate customer, product, and business needs into actionable technical roadmaps, defining priorities, milestones, and potential risks. Provide technical guidance, structure, and leadership as the engineering team grows. Coordinate cross‑functionally to ensure the product meets business objectives, user expectations, and compliance standards. Hands‑On Development (20–40%) Maintain and enhance the current Android mobile application. Develop new mobile features, integrate Bluetooth‑based functionality, and refine UI/UX interactions. Monitor, debug, and resolve customer‑reported issues in real time. Ensure high‑quality, high‑performance, maintainable code across mobile workflows. Test and validate the deployment of new features. Requirements Technical Expertise 5+ years of professional mobile development experience in a product environment. Strong proficiency in Kotlin, Java, Android SDK, Android Studio, and mobile architecture best practices. Solid experience with Bluetooth interfaces on Android. Familiarity with multi‑threading, debugging complex flows, databases, APIs, and Git. Android UI/UX experience preferred. Cross‑platform development experience (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform, or similar) is a strong plus. Experience with early‑stage products, MVP refinement, or platform rebuilds. Leadership & Communication Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Proven experience translating product requirements into well‑structured technical plans. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead, guide, and mentor a development team. Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short‑term delivery with long‑term scalability. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic startup environment.
