We operate with a dynamic team of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts and technologists, challenging traditional planning and measurement through testing and data science across the customer journey. Key Responsibilities Manage a pod of team members (3+). Oversee a team of 4+ direct reports and lead them toward shared and individual goals. Coach and mentor team members through feedback, skill development, and growth opportunities. Handle complex client accounts with high-quality execution, strategic thinking, and timely communication. Drive client growth and continuously improve team skills by proactively innovating channel strategies. Ensure delivery of a top-tier product for clients within the pod and oversee the development of team members’ marketing skills and strategic capabilities. Manage your book of business, monitor account performance, sentiment, and retention to retain and grow clients. Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to optimize processes within the department. Serve as a key leader on designated accounts and as a point of escalation for strategy and account performance. Role Requirements Legally able to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship. 3+ years of experience in performance media buying, ideally in a digital or media agency (including 1.5+ years on Meta). 2+ years of e-commerce experience. Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with Google Analytics, Shopify, and other technical platforms. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to ask clarifying questions. Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for knowledge and personal growth in paid social and client work. Key interest in leadership and driving client-focused outcomes. Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required.
