We're looking for a top‑notch, passionate Data Engineer in Argentina with an interest in translating business goals into concrete solutions. The Data Engineer provides technology solutions by architecting and developing enterprise systems using a variety of programming languages, tools, and platforms. This can range from building data platforms, data warehouses and web applications, to implementing reporting platforms. The Impact You’ll Make Design, develop and maintain complex data pipelines and systems to process large volumes of data Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, identify data sources, and ensure data quality Architect data solutions that are scalable, reliable, and secure, and meet business requirements Develop and maintain data models, ETL processes, and data integration strategies Design and implement data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security Create visualizations and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders across multiple data streams Collaborate as part of a team to drive analyses and insights that lead to more informed decisions and improved business performance Work with other teams to ensure teamwork and timely delivery of client projects What You’ll Bring to Us +2 years of experience in a Data Engineering capacity Hands‑on expertise with Apache Spark Strong experience with SQL Experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines Experience working with dbt for data transformation, modeling and testing Experience working in the cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing, and listening) Nice to Have Understanding of Apache Iceberg or modern data lake technologies Experience with batch processing at scale Experience with any of Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift or BigQuery Workflow orchestration tools (Argo Workflows, Airflow, Dagster, or similar) Testing and data quality frameworks What We’ll Offer You Unlimited Vacations Monthly Inflation updates Lunch Credit OSDE 410 as medical insurance Gym coverage Internet coverage 1 extra paid month for primary & secondary birthing caregivers Learning & Development - Tools and Training Hybrid & flexible working model - nice offices in Parque Chas with endless snacks & beverages Pet friendly office High visibility roles with a tremendous amount of growth potential Global team and cross‑company collaboration unlike anywhere else Equal Opportunity Employer Innovid is an equal opportunity employer, committed to our diversity and inclusiveness.
