Integration Software Engineer Location: Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero), Argentina. The Chevron Business Support Center (BASSC) is accepting online applications for this role. Responsibilities Design and implement integration solutions that align with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand integration needs and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure seamless data flow between systems using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid). Define and enforce integration best practices, security standards, and governance policies. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the integration lifecycle. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration processes for performance and reliability. Required Qualifications Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services: Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Functions. Proficiency in RESTful APIs, SOAP, and microservices architecture. Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments. Solid understanding of cloud security principles, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and encryption. Knowledge of data transformation and mapping using JSON, XML, and XSLT. Familiarity with event‑driven architectures and messaging patterns. Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and scripting languages (PowerShell). Preferred Qualifications Experience working in an agile team (Scrum / Kanban). Experience/knowledge in developing and documenting functional specifications. Experience/knowledge with testing methodologies and tools. Ability to constructively manage issues, conflicts and problems in a prompt, direct and objective manner. Organized and skilled at planning, handling multiple assignments with varying priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated leadership skills, especially with cross‑functional teams. Familiarity with information risk management requirements and processes. Relocation and International Considerations Relocation could be considered. Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
