Protein Purification Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Purification Analyst to join a leading biopharmaceutical production team. This role is based at a modern manufacturing site and offers the chance to contribute to innovative protein purification processes within a GMP-regulated environment. Responsibilities Carry out purification operations and operate sector-specific equipment Ensure preparation and conditioning of materials for production stages Support equipment maintenance and validation/qualification activities Monitor supplier tasks and coordinate visits Analyze purification data and report production incidents Contribute to investigations and drafting of quality events Provide guidance to junior analysts and step in for supervisory duties when required Requirements Degree in a relevant scientific field (completed or near completion) Minimum 2 years’ experience in protein purification Strong knowledge of biotechnological processes, chromatographic equipment, and process validation Intermediate/advanced technical English Proficiency with IT tools (Microsoft Office suite) Personal qualities: teamwork, leadership, attention to detail, flexibility, proactive mindset, and strong communication skills About Planet Pharma: Planet Pharma is an American parented Employment Business/Agency that provides global staffing services with its head-quarters in Chicago and our EMEA regional office located in Central London.
