Product Marketing Lead – Assistant Director – EY Global Delivery Services EY The opportunity As the Product Marketing Lead for EY’s global integrated platform, EY Fabric, you will report to the Technology Marketing Lead and play a crucial role in shaping the positioning and messaging of this award‑winning platform. EY Fabric supports EY’s AI strategy, and you will collaborate closely with technology leaders to drive adoption of EY Fabric and its capabilities within EY. This role requires an experienced, energetic, and resilient team player with a strong understanding of delivering multi‑channel marketing programs in a complex environment. You will work in an agile team, understand the capabilities of the Global Delivery Services (GDS) teams, and manage Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) expectations by building relationships with the BMC team and client‑servicing subject‑matter experts. Your key responsibilities Positioning and Messaging: Collaborate with EY Fabric leadership to refine overarching positioning and messaging for the EY Fabric platform. Adoption Gap Analysis: Partner with the EY Fabric Activation Leader to identify adoption gaps across EY’s businesses and regions, and prioritize initiatives that drive engagement. Product‑level Messaging: Work with individual product teams to develop tailored messaging for specific products and components, ensuring alignment with the broader EY Fabric narrative. Internal Campaigns: Design and implement internal campaigns to drive adoption of EY Fabric among EY technologists, identifying use cases and telling the impact story. Cross‑Team Collaboration: Partner with platform and component teams to align their messaging with EY Fabric strategy. Marketing Asset Development: Create and maintain marketing assets for the EY Fabric platform and its products, collaborate with the BMC Asset Factory, and secure necessary SCORE approvals. Naming Oversight: Oversee naming conventions for each product and component, ensuring clarity and EY alignment. Navigator Page Oversight: Manage content on the EY Fabric Navigator page to effectively communicate value and capabilities. Measurement and Reporting: Establish metrics for marketing initiatives, report on performance, and inform future strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum 8 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in technology or professional services. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of technology products and services, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, able to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders. Ideal qualifications MBA with a focus on Marketing or Technology. 12–15 years of total B2B marketing experience in professional services or similar industries. Digital marketing experience. Experience managing complex processes and projects at a global level. Ability to lead an agile team; independent and flexible during peak times.
