Mgr, FSP 360

Senior Manager, FSP 360 – a role focused on leading a multifunctional team within Syneos Health’s Functional Service Provider 360 model. The position focuses on customer delivery, business impact, and people leadership in a full‑service environment. Job Responsibilities Customer Delivery and Success Develop and foster strong, collaborative relationships with customers. Solicit feedback to improve service delivery and strengthen relationships. Deliver and comply with agreed‑upon KPIs and manage mitigation plans for non‑compliance. Manage headcount, create requisitions and support resource planning. Communicate and manage customer issues via escalation channels. Ensure adherence to SOPs, WIs, federal and local guidelines, and ICH GCPs. Conduct oversight visits for Clinical Research Associates. Maintain system updates and compliance with customer and Syneos processes. Business Impact Share knowledge and best practices across the team. Make data‑driven decisions that positively impact performance. Deliver business unit revenue targets by attracting and retaining talent. Serve as a company representative at professional meetings or seminars. People Leadership Manage team performance and compliance with training guidelines. Provide administrative oversight (HR processes, timecards, expense reports). Coach and develop staff, delegating tasks appropriately. Maintain engagement, retention, and turnover standards. Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion, managing bias proactively. Summary Responsible for engaging internal and external stakeholders, acting as a Syneos Health ambassador, managing team performance aligned with project deliverables, and supervising FSP 360 multifunctional staff.
