Key Responsibilities Build and maintain front-end features using React Integrate the UI with well-documented, API-first backend services Implement user flows from detailed design prototypes Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code Own and contribute to automated front-end testing Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other front-end developers Proactively identify edge cases, risks, and product improvements Role Requirements 4-7+ years of dedicated, senior-level experience building and deploying React applications in production environments, ideally within a SaaS context. Exceptional command of modern JavaScript and React framework principles. Comfort and proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup settings. Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to connect complex technical dots without requiring explicit, step-by-step instructions. Hands-on experience writing automated tests for front-end applications. Excellent communication skills, essential for success in a remote, collaborative team structure. Practical experience working with API-driven application architectures. Nice to Have Experience in the B2B SaaS sector. Familiarity with AWS cloud environments. Prior experience collaborating with distributed or offshore teams. Success Metrics Feature Delivery: Track cycle time (assignment to production) and minimize post-deployment bugs/reversions. Code Quality: Ensure maintainable code via strong review feedback, standards adherence, and unit/integration test coverage.
