Within this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in managing and optimizing our product assortment, supporting both commercial and supply chain teams. You’ll ensure the smooth coordination of product‑related processes, maintain high standards of data accuracy, and help drive the success of key projects and departmental goals. Key responsibilities Implementing optimization initiatives for your product assortment and managing stock availability Acting as the first point of contact between Supply Chain and Commercial teams, ensuring effective day‑to‑day coordination. Supporting the implementation and maintenance of product master data in SAP, CRM, and related systems. Driving regular meetings with both Supply Chain and Commercial teams to align on assortment strategy and project delivery. Supporting cross‑functional collaboration with Quality, Legal, Planning, and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance and operational excellence. What will make you successful? The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Business, Dairy/Food Science, or a related field. You will bring 0–2 years of experience in an FMCG or B2B environment, with a strong understanding of product and supply chain processes. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive, flexible approach are essential. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office is required, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. We are looking for a positive, process‑driven team player who can also work independently, manage multiple projects, and build strong relationships across the business.
