The Role We’re hiring an internal Account Executive / Sales Representative to join our growing sales team at Globaltize. We currently have two other full-time closers that you will work with day-to-day. This will be a closer role, no appointment setting required. Our marketing and lead‑gen teams will fill your calendar with qualified calls, allowing you to focus entirely on doing what you do best: closing. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from discovery to deal close. This includes running high‑converting sales calls, nurturing warm leads, following up with prospects, and moving deals across the finish line. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, consultative B2B environment and has experience selling high‑ticket services to business owners or executives. Experience in industries like HR, payroll, recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or BPO is highly preferred. What You’ll Do Own and manage your full sales pipeline Run discovery and closing calls with qualified inbound leads Follow up, nurture, and handle objections across multiple touchpoints Maintain clean CRM activity and deal tracking inside HubSpot Understand client pain points and present Globaltize as the solution Hit weekly and monthly sales goals, including deposit collection Collaborate with marketing and operations for feedback and handoff Continuously improve the sales script and pitch based on data What We’re Looking For 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in recruitment, SaaS, staffing, or outsourcing Proven closer who’s confident handling 4-6+ high-ticket sales calls/day Strong communication, objection handling, and consultative selling skills CRM experience required (ideally knows HubSpot) Organized and self‑directed, with strong follow‑up and pipeline hygiene Startup mindset; scrappy, coachable, and results-driven Comfortable working U.S. business hours (Pacific time zone) What We Offer Competitive Base + Commission Fully Qualified Leads, no cold calls or appointment setting 100% Remote Work Flexible Work Schedule (U.S. hours preferred) Benefits Package (after 6 months): PTO & Sick Time Monthly Gym Stipend Fast Career Growth (opportunity to become Sales Manager or Team Lead) Supportive Startup Culture (fast feedback loops and low red tape) Stable, long-term role with uncapped earning potential #J-18808-Ljbffr
