Responsibilities Own execution, performance, and growth of paid media services for enterprise‑level clients. Manage paid search campaigns, perform daily optimizations, and adjust high‑level strategy. Provide intelligent analysis, insights, and action plans based on campaign data and client KPIs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions. Maintain frequent, excellent communication with internal teams and external clients. Leverage AI tools and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to improve workflow and business processes. Develop and contribute to new training materials for the department. Requirements 3‑4 years of digital marketing experience, with 2+ years in an agency setting. Experience with ABM‑specific DSPs (Demandbase, 6Sense, Terminus) and intent data integration. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with paid media channels, including campaign development, bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy for large enterprise accounts. Experience managing complex client structures in B2B e‑commerce, hybrid, and sales‑led organizations. Significant experience with LinkedIn, Performance Max, Bing Ads, and ABM DSPs; plus at least three of the following: YouTube Ads, Meta, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, Content Syndication. Proficiency with Google/Microsoft Office suites, Google Analytics, and funnel marketing concepts. Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data and communicate them effectively. Key performance expectations: $13.5k team‑member EBITDA, maintain below 10% client churn, manage 4‑6 complex accounts. Equal Opportunity Employer Power Digital is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
