Overview Medical Intake Specialist (ABA Required, High English Fluency) | Argentina — OpsArmy Careers We are seeking a dedicated Medical Intake Specialist to serve as the critical first point of contact for prospective families. You will leverage your empathy and background in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) to ensure a supportive and smooth entry into care. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable managing a high volume of calls and data entry in Salesforce, and able to empathize with families seeking Autism services. Key Responsibilities Outreach & Initial Screening: Make prompt outreach calls to prospective families after their online inquiry and conduct comprehensive intake screenings to determine initial eligibility for services. Provide empathetic support as a trusted guide from the first touchpoint. Lead Management & Documentation: Accurately record and manage all intake data in Salesforce, convert qualified leads into opportunities, and hand off to the appropriate teams for benefits verification and authorization. Manage lead lifecycle by closing out or disqualifying applications when necessary. Conversion & Follow-Up: Proactively re-engage families who have stopped communication to maximize client conversion, and provide after-hours and weekend intake coverage to maximize client capture rate. Collaboration & Quality Assurance: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quality Assurance (QA) expectations, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Clinical and Revenue Cycle Management) to ensure a smooth transition from intake to active care. Qualifications & Requirements Industry Expertise: Prior Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy experience for Autism care. Communication: High English fluency with strong phone presence and excellent communication skills. Experience: 2+ years in patient intake, customer service, or healthcare operations. Tech Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. General: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
