This role requires the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional and cross-regional teams.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*** Manage products and lead cross-functional teams through the New Product Development (NPD) process.* Develop timelines, key milestones, and risk mitigation plans. Facilitate decision-making and remove barriers to drive project progress.* Communicate with project champions and sponsors and translate technical issues to enable good decision-making.* Measure and communicate team performance, project status, and metrics. Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks.* Promote simplification and breakthrough thinking.* Lead identification of opportunities for Continuous improvement.* Stakeholder Management.* **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING*** Proficient in mid to advanced English, with fluency in both verbal and written communication.* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Science, or a related field.* Over 5 years of pertinent work experience in Project Management, R&D, Manufacturing, or Supply Planning within Consumer Products or related industries, demonstrating a solid knowledge of supply chain principles.**PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS*** Experience working in Consumer Products or related industries.* Solid project management skills with a track record of launching products and progressing multiple projects concurrently.* Experience to interface, lead and build relationships with multiple levels and functions internal and external to the corporation.* Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to work with/influence internal and external partners to meet program needs; orchestrate effective meetings.* Demonstrates a high level of initiative and excellent problem-solving skills.* Possess key attributes such us creativity, adaptability, persuasiveness, perseverance, and strategic thinking.* Ability to translate and communicate project and technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.**JOB REQUIREMENTS*** Full-time position, standard business hours (Monday to Friday)- San Isidro- BS* Office-based role with the option to work remotely one day per week.* Temporary assignment for 12 months to cover a leave of absence.**BENEFITS AND PERKS**SC Johnson’s total compensation packages are at or above industry levels.
