The opportunity The Integrated Planning Specialist role is responsible for managing the delivery of consistent integrated planning processes, governance and related administrative activities across the Clients & Industries organization. This position will be responsible for timely delivery, process improvement and contributing to a high performing team including mentoring other team members. The position reports to the Integrated Planning Team Lead and will be aligned to one or more complex integrated planning activities. Responsibilities Global investment planning Market Segment execution planning Revenue planning Deployment and governance of a portfolio of integrated planning activities across the Clients & Industries function Process improvement and proactive identification/ facilitation of projects that drive innovative process improvements Advise on optimal planning solutions and provide constructive challenge to ensure right planning outcomes aligned to priorities and objectives Contribute to an inclusive and trusted team environment; mentor and counsel junior team members as appropriate Leverage and elevate GDS resource capability across the Clients & Industries integrated planning landscape Manage multiple Clients & Industries and external stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities for effective collaboration Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities Provide strategic integrated planning insight and guidance Possess high-level complex, conceptual problem-solving ability Convert planning data or abstract concepts into clear management information reporting Create and implement timelines for project deliverables and manage sponsor/stakeholder expectations Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders with competing priorities Provide input to project resource and funding decisions Skills and attributes for success Experience of integrated planning in a global matrix organization Ability to articulate reporting and planning issues in the context of business priorities Financial acumen with ability to analyze market intelligence and business reporting Strong program management skills Global mindset and cross-cultural communication Proactive, forward-looking and initiative-driven Resilience, drive and results orientation Strong interpersonal and communication skills; credibility and influence Executive presence and ability to build stakeholder relationships at senior levels Ability to work independently and in teams; motivate virtual, broad-based teams Resilient, agile and pragmatic under pressure Intermediate skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Other requirements Overtime may be required; travel may be required Flexibility in working hours to accommodate multiple time zones Education: Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent Experience: 7-10 years of planning experience in a corporate environment What we offer you At EY, you’ll have the chance to build a career as unique as you are, with opportunities to grow in a globally connected firm. #J-18808-Ljbffr
