Follow a defined Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): Ticket-driven tasks only; PR reviews and automated testing as part of development workflows; Production-ready code aligned with architecture and performance standards. Meet performance metrics: Consistently meet sprint commitments and contribute predictably to team velocity; Achieve team-average sprint velocity within 1–2 sprints. Nice to have: Understanding of AI coding tools for accelerating workflows. Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, or infrastructure automation.
