Join to apply for the Project Manager role at Ottomatik.io We are seeking a full-time Technical Project Manager to support coordination and execution across multiple technology initiatives. This role focuses on delivery discipline, structured coordination, and clear communication within active technical projects. This is a one-year contract with the possibility of extension, operating in a staff augmentation model under direct leadership guidance. The role is strictly focused on coordination and facilitation rather than strategic ownership or decision-making. Preferred sourcing regions include Mexico or Jamaica, with flexibility for exceptional candidates located elsewhere. Responsibilities Maintain and update the technology roadmap as directed Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple workstreams Facilitate day-to-day collaboration among internal teams and approved vendors Prepare clear, executive-level status reports Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and surface mitigation options Support rollout readiness and adoption activities Requirements Excellent written and spoken English Bachelor’s degree required PMP certification required Proven experience managing technology projects Salesforce experience strongly preferred Experience working with U.S.-based organizations or U.S. education preferred Comfortable operating within a staff augmentation model with clearly defined authority boundaries Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM (ET) Salary range: USD 2,500–3,300 per month.
