SA technologies inc Responsibilities: Lead and manage complex projects from inception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure project objectives are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project requirements and deliverables. Provide financial oversight for projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Prepare and present regular project status reports, including financial performance, to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and post-project reviews. Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and tools. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred. Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, with a strong track record of managing and delivering complex projects. Solid financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana) and financial management tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. Experience in (specific industry or niche relevant to the company). Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies. Pay: From $10,000.00 per month Language: English (required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
