Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end technical solutions that meet business requirements, align with the overall product vision and long-term architectural roadmap. Develop high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code across the full stack using JavaScript and TypeScript. Drive technical discussions and collaborate strategically with product management, design, and other engineering teams to define and refine business requirements, translating them into robust and elegant technical specifications. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical specifications. Actively participate in the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipeline, ensuring smooth and efficient releases. Proactively identify potential risks and propose innovative solutions, demonstrating a hands‑on and results‑oriented approach. Qualifications Exceptional proficiency in full stack development: Extensive experience designing, leading, and implementing comprehensive technical solutions for large-scale applications. Deep expertise in JavaScript & TypeScript: Mastery in writing clean, efficient, and well‑documented code, with a deep understanding of language nuances and ecosystem best practices. Strong ReactJS experience: Proven ability to architect and build complex, highly performant, and responsive user interfaces. Solid NodeJS proficiency: Extensive experience designing and developing robust, scalable server‑side applications, APIs, and microservices. Data structures & algorithms: Strong foundational knowledge and practical application of algorithms and data structures. Semantic HTML: Deep understanding and application of semantic HTML best practices for accessibility and SEO. Version control: Proficient working with Git for collaborative development and code management. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. Autonomy & proactiveness: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, take ownership, and ramp up quickly on new technologies and projects. Adaptability: Highly comfortable adapting to rapidly changing requirements and design specifications, providing leadership and guidance to teams navigating such changes. Continuous integration/deployment: Good knowledge and experience with CI/CD processes.
