We are Improving, an IT services firm focused on AI, Data, and Applications. In this role, we help teams build modern, dynamic experiences across the stack—connecting a React front end with back-end services and APIs that integrate cleanly end to end. You will work in a cross-functional delivery environment where code quality, reliable releases to production, and continuous improvement are central to how we deliver outcomes for our stakeholders.

What We Need You To Do

Build modern, dynamic front-end experiences using React.
Develop back-end services and APIs to integrate cleanly across the stack.
Design solutions, propose approaches, and troubleshoot issues on the front end.
Participate in code reviews and support releases to production.
Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to align implementation with evolving project requirements.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer and/or front-end engineer.
Hands‑on experience with React and back-end development, including Java services and APIs.
Experience with Azure DevOps.
Comfort working under deadlines and adapting as project requirements evolve.
Strong verbal and written communication with team members and clients.
Collaborative mindset—willing to voice opinions and suggest improvements respectfully.

Nice to have

.NET experience (helpful because we may work across Java & .NET services).
