Job Brief People Generalist is part of the People Team and reports directly to the People Manager. This position will run the daily functions of the People team including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Growth, Compensations, People Care and Report processes. Responsibilities Assist in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment processes. Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training and development initiatives. Administer compensation and benefit plans. Provide support to the team members in various Talent-related topics. Promote Talent programs. Assist in development and implementation of Talent policies. Analyze data with useful Talent metrics. Maintain team members files and records updated and organized. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities. Generating official internal documents. Collaborates with Talent social media planning. Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Experience At least 2 years of experience working in similar positions. Proven experience as an HR Generalist. Hard Skills English - B1/B2 Google Docs Soft Skills Verbal and written communication skills Interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Organizational and attention to detail skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
