Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment handling high volume of files where precision and client service are paramount. Your day-to-day duties will include: Coordinating settlements and lodgements via PEXA/Sympli Attending to all post-unconditional tasks: adjustment calculations, transfers preparation, stamping, and cheque directions Proactively liaising with lenders, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions Delivering a seamless, professional experience to clients To be considered you will have: Prior conveyancing experience in a legal or conveyancing firm Competent computer skills with exposure to PEXA Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and client service mindset Ability to manage high volumes in a fast-moving environment This company doesn’t just talk culture, they live it.
