Rockstar Disposition Specialist Our real‑estate investment team’s Transactions Department handles the entire closing process from A to Z once a seller signs a purchase agreement. A disposition specialist serves as the main liaison between the seller and the investment partner, providing a white‑glove service. This role is for you if you can build relationships quickly and effectively over the phone, have a charming and authentic personality, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment while identifying solutions for disposition strategies. Negotiation experience is required. This is a 100% remote opportunity; a fast, reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace with no distractions are essential. Responsibilities Be a natural self‑starter; focus on relationships, deliver results, and remain open to coaching. Serve as the main point of contact for the seller after the purchase and sales agreement is signed. Synthesize all information from the Home Buying Manager who secured the agreement. Ensure all due diligence is completed for the purchase of the house. Complete final price negotiation; renegotiate if necessary. Work with the listing agent to list the property on the MLS. Coordinate the sale of the property with investors, seller, and title/escrow agents. Partner with the seller to obtain Google reviews and update the team on revenue generated. Qualifications Fast starter, able to use people skills and talent to build a lasting career. Teachable, coachable, hungry to learn, grow, and take feedback. Can work independently with minimal supervision and be a great team player. Compassionate, charming, empathetic, genuinely able to read people and connect with anyone. Strong negotiation skills and problem‑solving ability. Preferred previous experience in property management, real estate, debt collection, client relationship management, customer service leadership, event or project coordination, or hotel front desk management. Service/product sales experience is a plus but not required. Real‑estate experience is not required. Compensation Base Salary + Commission (Expected Earnings of $6 per hour plus commission per deal closed ranging from 1% to 4% of the revenue).
