What you will do Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM structure, workflows, properties, and lists; Ensure clean, accurate data through regular audits, deduplication, and database organization; Create and update forms, landing pages, CTAs, and basic email campaigns (newsletters, segmented emails); Support outreach operations through sequences, templates, and management of connected tools; Assist with planning, tracking, and reporting for marketing campaigns, including basic dashboards. Must haves 1+ years of hands‑on experience working closely with HubSpot CRM; Strong understanding of CRM organization, workflows, properties, and data structure; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to manage multiple requests and communicate clearly across teams; Proactive, process‑oriented, and comfortable improving existing systems; Upper‑intermediate English level. Nice to haves Experience executing or supporting marketing campaigns end‑to‑end; Basic HTML/CSS for small template or email adjustments; Familiarity with marketing lifecycle or lead management; Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.) for newsletters/forms.
