This movement started over 11 years ago, and we continue evolving together Key Responsibilities: Develop and evolve mobile and web applications focusing on experience and performance. Integrate Artificial Intelligence functionalities into real product flows. Build and maintain backend APIs and services using PHP and Python. Work end-to-end on deliveries, from frontend to backend. Create dashboards in Grafana for monitoring metrics and indicators. Partner with Product and Data teams to validate hypotheses and measure impact. Participate in product experiments and rapid improvement cycles. Write clean, testable, and easily maintainable code. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and applications. Actively participate in code reviews and technical discussions. Help maintain organized and functional Docker environments and containers. Cooperate with the technical team and stakeholders in solution evolution. Practical Experience Sought: Development of web and/or mobile applications. Creation and consumption of REST APIs. Integration of distinct services and systems. Use of modern frontend and backend frameworks. Interaction with relational databases. Development oriented towards quality and best practices. Working in multidisciplinary teams (Product, Data, Infra). Building solutions that generate real user value. Continuous learning and adaptation to new technologies. Differentiators: Experience working with AI solutions applied to products. Participation in experimentation projects and MVPs. Experience creating dashboards and monitoring metrics. Contact with semantic search solutions and embeddings. Experience working with SaaS digital products or high-evolution environments. Required Skills & Qualifications: Knowledge of Flutter for mobile development. Experience with Android and iOS emulators. Knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with Vue.js or similar framework. Knowledge of HTML and CSS. Experience with backend development in PHP and Python. Use of FastAPI or similar frameworks. Knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQL. Experience with Git for version control. Knowledge of Docker and containers. Use of Swagger/OpenAPI for documentation. Ability to create dashboards in Grafana. Understanding of consuming Artificial Intelligence APIs. Technical Differentiators: Knowledge of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or RAG. Experience with vector databases like ChromaDB. Understanding of observability and monitoring. Experience in digital product teams. Interest in user experience and metrics. Knowledge of LLM integration. Basic automated testing.
