If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you About the Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll accelerate a high‑priority AI initiative by strengthening a fully distributed, microservices‑based platform that demands fast execution and high reliability. You’ll focus on hands‑on implementation, system resiliency, and observability while collaborating across global time zones. This role offers direct influence on a cutting‑edge AI system and the chance to grow your impact in a highly technical, fast‑moving environment. What You Will Do Develop and enhance features for a scalable, microservices‑based AI platform Focus on implementation and execution to meet strict delivery timelines Improve system reliability, resiliency, and scalability Work with observability tools to monitor and debug the distributed system Collaborate closely with a team distributed across US and India time zones Must Haves 6–8 years of professional software development High proficiency in Golang Kubernetes: Strong, hands‑on experience with Kubernetes Microservices: Proven experience building and maintaining microservices architectures with a focus on scalability, reliability, and resiliency Observability: Good knowledge of enterprise observability frameworks, including Prometheus and Grafana Communication: Very strong English communication skills Ramp‑up: Ability to learn and debug complex systems quickly Upper‑intermediate English level Nice to Haves RAG: Familiarity with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) models Databases: Experience with document databases (e.g., MongoDB) VectorDBs: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Milvus) is a significant plus AI Systems: Demonstrable experience in building scalable AI inferencing systems Perks and Benefits Professional growth: Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.
