Product Manager - All Latam Countries - Fully Remote We are currently searching for a talented Product Manager to join our Product team and contribute to the direction and execution of a product from start to finish. As a Product Manager, you will: Define a vision for a product & align stakeholders (based on stakeholder interviews and research) Understand and advocate user needs (based on user interviews and user research) Understand and advocate business needs (based on client interviews and market research) Prioritize product features and capabilities Responsibilities Discovery Generate and assess new product ideas, formulate high-level strategies. Collaborate with external stakeholders to define product vision and success metrics. Draft product requirement documents (PRDs). Strategy Identify UX research needs and collaborate with UX team for implementation. Conduct user research (interviews, analytics review), user testing, and competitive analysis. Develop personas and journey maps. Evaluate UX research outcomes and make user-centric recommendations. Analyze market trends and explore potential partnerships. Synthesize strategy into a comprehensive document to align stakeholders. Execution Define what UX design a product needs & collaborate with UX on the delivery. UX Define necessary UX design elements in collaboration with the UX team. Create user journeys, flows, sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and conduct testing. Design Actively participate in briefings and design deliverable reviews. Prioritize design and prototype tasks. Development Maintain an active role in briefings and development deliverable reviews. Prioritize features and capabilities. Growth Remain engaged post-release for analytic reviews, performance assessments, and user testing. Offer strategic recommendations for future development. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred). 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role within the IT field. Proficiency in using project management tools and software. Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders. Proven ability to set and achieve product goals and KPIs. Familiarity with product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.). Passion for innovation and a creative mindset. Understanding of user experience (UX) principles. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Advanced/Fluent level of English.
