Implementador/a Odoo

Job Overview We are looking for an Odoo Implementer with solid experience to optimize the organization's business processes. The ideal candidate will focus on leveraging the product's standard features, documenting requirements, training users, and ensuring a successful Go‑Live transition. Responsibilities Analysis and Documentation Interview clients and analyze their business processes to identify requirements and workflows. Document business requirements into clear functional specifications for the technical team. Implementation and Configuration Configure and customize Odoo modules (ERP and CRM) to fit the client's workflows. Adapt settings, reports, and screens according to specific business needs. Guide and support the implementation of new modules and versions. Support and Training Train end‑users on how to effectively use the Odoo system. Provide ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and ensure project success. Create user manuals and documentation. Integration and Development Coordinate with development teams to implement integrations with other systems. Customize solutions and adapt them to specific needs when the standard is insufficient. Qualifications Solid Odoo knowledge. Previous experience as an implementer (intermediate level). Advanced English. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Nice to Have University degree in Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields. Odoo certifications or courses. Familiarity with agile methodologies.
