Job Overview As the Regional Compliance Manager for South America and Mexico, you will serve as the primary compliance leader for Brazil and Argentina, advancing the company’s corporate compliance program throughout the region. Main Responsibilities Develop and implement improvements to strengthen regional compliance program elements that align with company policies and global regulations. Advance compliance program priorities while navigating complex and changing regulatory environments. Support the advancement of a speak‑up culture and good‑faith reporting. Develop and conduct training and complementary compliance awareness campaigns. Create routine reports and analytics on regional compliance trends, opportunities, and outcomes for Corporate Compliance, the Regional leadership team, and other stakeholders. Partner with regional business leaders and teams to embed compliance in decision‑making by identifying vulnerabilities early, advising on obligations, and driving coordinated risk mitigation plans that support strategic goals and operational objectives. Required Skills and Qualifications Advising a business in compliance‑related matters. Advanced Spanish proficiency (strong vocabulary, grammar, meeting facilitation, negotiation, training delivery). Advanced English proficiency (strong vocabulary, grammar, meeting facilitation, negotiation, training delivery). Demonstrated experience developing compliance program elements effectively executed in growth and emerging markets. Experienced team player and self‑starter who proactively develops business partnerships. Demonstrated experience driving accountability for self and others. Demonstrated good decision‑making that considers potential risks, business goals, and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated commitment to ethical leadership and integrity. Demonstrated ability to apply predictive analytics and technology in task prioritization. Willing to travel up to 25%. Advanced knowledge of analytics tools such as Business Objects, Power BI, and Tableau. Experience working collaboratively on global teams and projects.
