The role contributes to the long-term viability and development of the company by coordinating crisis management and business continuity plans, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and corporate standards, and maintaining impeccable ethical practices.Key Responsibilities and Expected Results1. Lead daily operations across all sites in Argentina.2. Develop and standardize the Prevention and Protection Strategy.3. Apply the global Physical Security strategy to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate risks.4. Ensure all sites comply with organizational and legal regulations.4. Protect employees, properties, and all valuable organizational elements, implementing comprehensive prevention measures.5. Develop policies and procedures aligned with governmental and organizational guidelines.6. Conduct investigations to protect people and organizational assets.7. Respond to unexpected events (fires, explosions, bomb threats, sabotage, severe weather) using internal resources and/or public authorities as needed.8. Plan and execute the hiring of external security companies as required.9. Manage industrial risks, executive protection (national and foreign), intellectual property protection, event security, and electronic security projects.10. Lead a multidisciplinary organic security team.11. Maintain updated risk analysis of facilities and supervise security team performance.12. Maintain close contact with external support entities (Police, Firefighters, Ambulance).13. Perform administrative actions (supplier management, budgeting, internal billing, payment follow-up).14. Advise and coordinate the deployment of security functions and risk-based objectives.15. Define and implement cost efficiency actions (e.g., combined deployment of surveillance and technology).Key Knowledge, Experience, and SkillsExperience: Over 10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in management roles.
