About the role:

We’re looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Systems Analyst who will be our frontline for IT incidents and small change requests while helping shepherd projects from kickoff to close-out. You’ll start in a combined Level I/II capacity—handling day-to-day tickets, chasing down root causes, and making light code tweaks—then grow into documenting new and existing projects, coordinating with sponsors, stakeholders and external developers, and verifying delivered work. Your primary mission: keep our systems (especially Odoo ERP) reliable, secure and continuously improving so the business can move fast with confidence

Responsibilities include:
  • IT Support & Troubleshooting: Serve as the primary contact for L1/L2 technical incidents, managing endpoint support and documenting resolutions.
  • System Documentation: Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, network diagrams, and change logs for internal platforms.
  • ERP & Quality Assurance: Troubleshoot Odoo ERP workflows and verify that new features meet requirements through defect logging.
  • Security & Process Improvement: Manage identity, MFA, and endpoint security while identifying opportunities to streamline company-wide processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with all departments to solve technical challenges and take ownership of key functional areas.
Qualifications:
  • Technical Support & Systems: Experienced in IT support and managing virtual workspaces (Google Workspace, M365, Dialpad) with a solid grasp of L1–L3 networking.
  • ERP & Technical Proficiency: Skilled in ERP/CRM systems (ideally Odoo) with the ability to perform light code tweaks using Python and Bash .
  • Quality Assurance & Documentation: Proficient in QA processes, defect tracking, and maintaining highly organized technical documentation.
  • Professional Communication: Mandatory fluency in English with the self-driven ability to work independently following an initial 8‑week training period.
