Social Video Editor (Meme & Ad Creative) We’re looking for a behind-the-scenes production powerhouse to execute fast, consistent content and design output across our social and advertising channels. This is a pure execution and production role ; no on‑camera work is required. It is ideal for a designer or editor who loves the "craft" of the edit and enjoys turning direction into high‑impact, usable visuals at speed. Strategy and direction will be provided; your focus is high‑quality output and reliability. Responsibilities Meme & Short-Form Production: Edit high-retention Reels, TikToks, and Shorts using brand assets and trending formats. Ad Creative Design: Build static and motion ad creatives for paid and organic campaigns that stop the scroll. Asset Repurposing: Take long‑form footage or existing brand assets and slice them into multiple "viral-ready" formats. Rapid Iteration: Follow briefs and creative direction with minimal back‑and‑forth, delivering clean first drafts. Technical Organization: Export assets in correct specs for every platform and maintain a tidy, reusable file structure. Collaborate Remotely: Work seamlessly with marketing and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment. Requirements Technical Background: Proven experience in design and video editing (Portfolio required). Meme Literacy: You have a "native" understanding of internet humor, pacing, and how to use sound/text overlays to make content feel culturally relevant. Software Mastery: Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Figma/Photoshop. Experience with CapCut for rapid social editing is a plus. Output-First Mindset: You have high execution speed and a bias toward finishing projects over over-polishing them. Reliability: You are highly organized and can hit weekly volume expectations without being micro‑managed. Communication: Comfortable working in a remote-first startup environment. Bonus Skills Advanced motion graphics or light animation. Experience specifically with "Performance Ads" (understanding what makes people click).
