Sobre el rol Nos sumamos al core engineering team que está construyendo una plataforma de AI Agents de próxima generación para un banco líder en España . Buscamos un/a GenAI Engineer con base sólida en Python y buenas prácticas de ingeniería para diseñar, implementar y escalar servicios y componentes de IA generativa en AWS con foco en seguridad, testing y confiabilidad . Creamos productos que la gente ama: unimos negocios y consumidores con tecnología (incluida IA ) y creatividad para impulsar una transformación digital con impacto positivo. Responsabilidades Diseñar y desarrollar servicios backend en Python (FastAPI/Flask) para orquestación de AI Agents y flujos LLM. Implementar tests unitarios e integración (pytest) y asegurar calidad/observabilidad (logs, métricas, trazas). Integrar y administrar autenticación/autorización en AWS (IAM, Cognito) y manejo de secretos (AWS Secrets Manager). Colaborar en equipos ágiles (Scrum/Kanban) con prácticas de code review, CI/CD y trunk-based development. Documentar decisiones técnicas, patrones y guardrails (seguridad, privacidad, cumplimiento). (Deseable) Construir pipelines de GenAI: prompts, evaluaciones, RAG, embeddings y vector stores. Requisitos (Must) Experiencia fuerte en Python (3.x) y ecosistema profesional: FastAPI/Flask, Pydantic, typing. Testing: dominio de pytest, mocks/fixtures y integration tests. AWS AuthN/AuthZ práctico: IAM, Cognito (roles/policies, OAuth2/OIDC, JWT). Trabajo habitual en Agile, Git y CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab/Jenkins). Fundamentos de diseño de APIs (REST; valorable GraphQL) y contenedores (Docker). Plus (Nice-to-have) Experiencia previa en sector financiero (seguridad, compliance, auditoría). Implementación de LLMs con LangChain / LlamaIndex, OpenAI SDK o AWS Bedrock. Librerías de IA/ML: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn. Vector DBs / embeddings: pgvector, Pinecone, OpenSearch, FAISS. RAG y evals (Ragas, DeepEval), prompt engineering y guardrails. Infra/IaC: Terraform/CloudFormation, monitoreo (CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry).
